Provence“As Rosemary is to the Spirit, so Lavender is to the Soul” Provence with its vast lavender fields sunset <3
We could say summer is officially is over and it has passed so fast. Perhaps because I never took any holiday, too busy with different projects at work. However I took two days off for a longweekend in Provence in mid-July. I returned to La Vudèle, the place I fell in love with last summer. Surrounded by lavender fields and managed by a wonderful couple, everything I needed for a weekend retreat! Compared to last year this time the timing was perfect, the lavenders were in full bloom! To be continued….

    The picture you took on sunrise is perfect, so deep purple color! And the one on sunset looks very romantic… Waiting for the next summer to be back in Provence!

    This is the region of my father’s family (8 km away from Quinson)… you’ve done beautifuly in capturing those superb pictures.
    This means a lot to me, seeing those great landscapes rendered through such magnificent images
