Conditoriet La Glace

La Glace – where they serve the most delicous walnut cake I probably have had in my life. Imagine crushed walnuts swirled up in whipped cream between almond bottom and mocha icing and caramelized walnuts as topping….that is exactly what this lovely cake consists of :-)

Conditoriet La Glace is the oldest confectionary in Denmark (1870) and they serve lots of different cakes, pastries, macarons and ice creams – you can also order ice cream cakes, just like in France :-) I love the place, it reminds me a little bit of Ladurée.  La Glace is situated in the heart of Copenhagen so I’ve passed it by several times and each time I pass by their vitrina I can’t resist having a look on their different mouth watering cakes…..
