Must be one of the most charming taxi cars I’ve ever seen! This beauty passed me by when I was strolling along the Portobello Road in Notting Hill in London. Reminds me of the antique taxi car that Gil (my buddy who loves Paris as much as I do…I’m talking about the character, played by Owen Wilson, in Woody Allen‘s movie “Midnight in Paris”) stepped into and made a time travel into the past. Now I regret not taking a ride with this cab….who knows…maybe I would have met mr Fitzgerald himself? And Hemingway….back in the golden years in Paris…would totally have loved that :-)
