I totally got addicted to this thirst squeenching juice when I was in the Philippines, the calamansi juice. Calamansi looks like a mini lime, but is more sweeter in its taste. It is high in vitamin C and it is used in tea, soft drinks, water cocktails but also in Asian cuisuines…for example with fish. Not only it is good for drinks and food…it is great for several medicinal uses aswell. When rubbed on insect bites the juice relieves the itching and it is great as a cough medicine and it is natural anti-inflammatory.
