The Paris based fashion brand, Dice Kayek, held a presentation of it’s AW 2014 collection at Hôtel Le Meurice in Paris earlier this week. Sublime A-line silhouettes in beautiful satins and silks, in a darker color palette of black and blue and with details of shimmering crystals embroidered. Ece and Ayşe Ege are sisters and the Fashion designers behind the brand Dice Kayek. They get much of their inspirations from some of the most iconic buildings in Istanbul. The architectural elegance can easily be seen in their dresses that are very feminine yet with a strong and bold touch, powerdresses with a ravishing twist.
Blue is the name of this collection and it somehow brings you out into the infinite space where mystery reigns and you can see sparkling stars twinkling like little pulses of light. I found many of the dresses to be gorgeous and was quite happy to have discovered the brand of Dice Kayek that had until now been unknown to me.
