Champagne Tasting 2024 in Paris took place yesterday at the historic Palais Brongniart. This annual event is for Champagne enthusiasts, but also for those who want to take their love of bubbles to new heights with the exceptional masterclasses held during the day.

Terre de Vins , a renowned French magazine dedicated to the world of wine, has organized the Champagne Tasting event annually since 2017. This year there were more than 60 exhibitors. When you visit it you can look forward a SPARKLING day of tastings and masterclasses, all designed to deepen your knowledge of champagne.

Attending the 2024 Champagne Tasting at the historic Palais Brongniart in Paris was an unforgettable experience in a world of elegance and flavour. The grandeur of the venue, with its neoclassical architecture and opulent interiors, provided the perfect backdrop for this prestigious event. I was delighted by the extensive selection of champagnes from renowned houses and emerging producers.

Discovering the art of champagne making

Interacting with passionate champagne makers and sommeliers was interesting. I learned about the intricate processes behind each bubbly creation. I also got to sample a range of exquisite champagnes, from crisp bruits to lush rosés. The lively atmosphere, enhanced by the elegant setting, made the event a true celebration of France’s sparkling treasure. It left me with a deeper appreciation for the art of champagne making.

I have never been to the Champagne-region but my plan is to travel there later this year. There I hope to visit some of the champagne houses I met with at the event.
