But it’s not only the atmosphere that’s captivating at Cordelia Flower Coffee Shop; the impeccable selection of cakes and beverages is a real treat. From delicious pastries and cakes to a variety of brewed coffees and exquisite infusions from La Fleur Nue. Every item on the menu is a testimony to Cordelia’s dedication to quality and taste.

On my first visit (obviously, I have returned countless times) I opted for a slice of lemon cake with chia seeds and a cup of rose infusion. The rose infusion was fragrant and delicate. A perfect match with the lemon cake, which is probably the best I have ever had. Extremely moist, not too sweet, and bursting with citrus flavor.

Of course, I couldn’t leave without buying a copy of Cordelia’s book, “Life in a French Country House”, published by Rizzoli two years ago. Finely printed in Italy on luxurious uncoated paper and with a beautiful fabric cover, the book was a must-have addition to my collection. Filled with anecdotes, recipes, and insights into the art of gracious living, it perfectly encapsulates Cordelia’s passions and what she has created with Cordelia Flower Coffee Shop – a place where beauty, hospitality, and the simple pleasures of life come together.

The coffee flower shop also offers ready-arranged bouquets of seasonal fresh flowers, or you can ask them to create a custom arrangement for you, and there are many cute little jars and vases for smaller floral arrangements to choose from, for table decorations as well.
