Spring In Tuscany

In Florence I rented a Fiat 500 and and headed toward South of Tuscany, was staying in a farm near the village San Quirico d’Orcia. It was my second time driving a car, and first time driving in Italy, which was an experience in itself and I will write more about that in a separate blog post ;-)

Three days in the magical landscapes of Tuscany was definately not enough for me, I wasn’t Lucky with the weather, only sun one of the days, but I did enjoy every single day, visiting different medieval villages and just driving along the green rolling hills. In the photo above you can see one of my favourite villas in Tuscany, Podere Belvedere. Captured it the very first morning…and it was a beautiful moment, watching the sun rising behind the hills and to see this villa covered by its golden rays.
