Les Miniatures – Yoni Saada

Last Friday my friends and I went to the restaurant Les Miniatures, located in the 16th arronidissement in Paris and owned by the chef Yoni Saada. Also known as candidate in Top Chef in France. I had been looking forward to taste the creations of Yoni Saada, as my friend had spoken so warmly about his restaurant. There are three different tasting menus, one called Menu Découverte, Menu Dégustation and Grande Dégustation, all containing a different number of dishes. I went for the Menu Découverte, 45€ that consisted of an amuse bouche, two starters, one main dish and two desserts. Either you choose from the menu or let the chef select the dishes for you, which I did and was not dissapointed ;-) The food was delicious and I can truly recommend this restaurant with its excellent cuisine bistronomique. Scroll down to see my photos of we had ;-)
