I have a confession to make

Pierre Hermé macaronsI have a confession to make….mr Pierre Hermé has won the battle and I’m totally infatuated with his sublime creations and especially his macarons. Pierre Hermés macarons are more expensive than the ones at Ladurée…but oh my ..they are heavenly! In these photos you can see me having a petal de rose, an apricot saffron and one banana and yoghurt. Its true I’ve been faithful to Ladurées macarons for years, they have a special place in my heart, but unfortunately the quality of their macarons is not the same as before. Will explain further in a separate blogpost ;-)
