Cuisses de grenouilleCuisses de grenouille, frog legs in English. Typical French and now I can check that off my list. I never thought I would eat frog legs, but now I have and in fact I must say it was a delightful experience! Texture and taste, something between chicken / fish, a bit chewy and very heavy. One up to three would be enough. Here, on the photo above, my friend ordered cuise de grenouille as a starter at the restaurant Monsieur Bleu, and I could not keep myself away from the plate ;-)

If I would try it again? No, I believe frogs are better off in the nature than on a plate…
