Kale is one of my favourites among the green leaf vegetables and imagine how happy I am that it’s available at the Marché Bio Raspail. I will leave it to you to find out how healthy kale is…but what I wanted to share with this post is that Hermione (see last photo) that comes every Sunday to the Marché Bio Raspail, also provides healthy juices. She has a juicer at her stand and you can choose among the vegetables she has to offer. Last time I had a freshly squeezed juice made on kale, ginger, fennel and some cucumber. A healthy shot and a total bliss. Kale has become very popular here in Paris…so if you want to make sure to have some of this green leaf vegetable with you home make sure to go to the market early ;-)
