Let me present my love for you, Fuji Finepix x100s. Took my passion for photography to the next level by investing in a camera that will cover my needs. Acctually I had been looking forward buying a full-frame camera as a complement to my Nikon D5100, BUT I had to be realistic, I would NOT enjoy carry around a heavy camera…especially since I think my Nikon D5100 is heavy enough. I also wanted a discrete camera that I can bring along when I’m out taking photos during the nights and that takes good photos in dark. Mr Fuji x100s does all that and much more so I decided to forget about having a full-frame and invested around 1600 € in this compact camera with an APS-C sensor instead. After been reading several reviews and comparing the camera with others I knew he was the one, unfortunately Fuji Finepix x100s has been sold out here in Scandinavia and I was nr 20 on a waitinglist here in Copenhagen and they wouldn’t have the camera in the store until in August. So just imagine what I big smile I got on my face when I saw the camera in Paris three days ago ;-)
He’s good looking in retro style and I also bought him a sexy outfit à la brown leather case. I’m spoiling him with accessories, what do you NOT do for your love?
Mr Fuji will be the one to join me on my trip to Italy now on Thursday, Nikon is not so happy about that but I promised him he will come along on the Fashion Week in Copenhagen in August instead…and I also promised him to buy him a new lens, so he is quite happy now ;-)
