Mont Blanc

Mont Blanc – I guess this is the closest I will ever get to it. In a pastry version, of course. I have lost count of how many of these heavenly delicious Mont Blanc pastries I have had….during a visit to Paris, Angelina is a must. That is the place where they serve the most delicious Mont Blanc. You might wonder what this brain a like pastry is made of? A crispy and crunchy meringue base topped with smoothed whipped cream and covered with layers of delicious chestnut cream. While you’re at Angelina’s, have a cup of their signature hot chocolate too, that’s what they also are famous for. Their hot chocolate that is almost like melted choclated…served with whipped cream. No wonder each time I leave Paris it’s with a huge sugarcoma….
