Crème brûlée with passionfruit was what I made at home for the very first time this weekend. Shame on me, why have I never tried to make crème brûlée ever before? It was not that difficult or complicated that people seems to say about preparing it…and the result? Heavenly delicious…who can resist the creamy custard flavored with vanilla and the hard caramel on top? Enjoying it together with the sweet and sourness of a passionfruit took me higher in food heaven.

For the preparation of this classic French dessert you only need the following four ingredients: egg yolks, sugar, cream and fresh vanilla…nothing more…or yes, add some love and they will turn out perfect!
