Schmuck is one of my favorite restaurants in St Germain and when me and my love were in Paris 3 months ago we went there for a dinner. We both had magret, poireaux confits, mile et soma avec sauce carotte as a main course ( duck, leeks confits, honey and soya with carrot sauce). It was absolutely delicious! Loved the taste combination of honey and soya and the leeks confits went very well with the duck. As dessert I had been looking forward having my favorite, brioche façon pain perdu avec caramel beurre sale (French toast with salty caramel and vanilla ice cream). But I was kind of disappointed of how they had prepared it, the look and taste was much different compared how I have had it before.
Oh well, I hope they will still have the delicious duck on their menu when I will be going there in February :-)
