Me and Rose

Rose, as in Pétale de Rose macaron from Ladurée, one of my favourite ones :-)

Even though I’ve been working at Ladurée and been eating macarons (several per day) I never get tired of them. I still crave them and each time I visit Paris since I moved out from there a visit to Ladurée (preferably the one situated at 16 Rue Bonaparte) is a must. I simply need to have my dose of their delicious macarons before I can start my holiday…..
