Best mussels in Bastia are prepared and served at L’Amiral Brasserie in Bastia (Corsica) – a great place, non touristic and non pretentious restaurant :-) Our host had recommended the place and on our second evening in Bastia we had dinner there. I tried their mussels (since I love mussels) moules à la crème prepared with moules de diana (mussels with cream and the mussels where from the Diana lagoon in Corsica). Served with some pieces of bread and a plate with fries it couldn’t be more French and SO yummie!
