Homemade hot chocolate, freshly baked bread with hazelnuts and plums from the boulangerie of Gontran Cherrier and juicy oranges bought at the organic market – made all together a lovely Sunday breakfast yesterday. Every early Sunday morning I attend an aquagym class at the swimming hall (still can’t do any pilates after my accident) …and then I spoil myself with a breakfast at home (which never happens on a weekday).
Échiré is my favourite butter..unfortunately not organic..but it is so darn delicious! This traditional artisan butter contains 84% butterfat, has a perfect creamy texture and divine taste that I finish a 100 g of Échiré easily in one week…This butter deserves a separate blogpost, stay tuned ;-)
