Maison & Objet , one of the most important events within interior design was held during a couple of days in Paris and I went there and browsed through the 3 000 exposers. Very inspiring as always , below you’ll find a few of the photos I took.

I discovered Dr Vranjes home fragrances not long ago at the Conran shop in Paris. To my surprise I found them at Maison & Objet where I also met the owner and the “nose” behind the brand!
I love linen, especially for bedding and sofas…. At Maison & Objet I met the Swedish woman behind the brand Aquavireo creating beautiful bedding, curtains and other textile products in 100% linen.
Do you have too many books at home?
Why not do like this Italian brand and create gorgeous lamps with them?
Love old handwritten letters….
These could be found at the Belgian interior design company House of Porters where I also met the owner Pieter Porters with a quite interesting background. He started his career as a florist and while running a flower shop he was asked to provide plants and flowers to peoples homes but ended up decorating their entire houses with furnitures etc….
MacKenzie Childs made me feel like Alice in Wonderland! Loved their very creative hand-crafted ceramic and tableware.
Adorable curious rabbit at Zandbergen Deco.
These recipe books for cocottes will be well needed…
the day I will invest in a cocotte from Le Creuset.
Curiosities from Nomades Authentic
