Miss Dior exposition in one of the finest monuments in Paris – Grand Palais. Since I love Dior and have sold many Miss Dior perfumes back in the time when I was working in a perfume boutique I thought it would be a great idea visiting this exposition. 15 contemporary artists have been invited to interpret the signature codes of Dior and their art installations together with Dior dresses, old sketches, patterns, textures, Miss Dior bottles through the time could be seen in this this exposition. I went there a couple of days ago and was amazed by the different works of the artists. What made most impression on me was Shirin Nesrat‘s shortfilm with the Dior muse Natalie Portman. Her captivating film “Illusions and mirrors”, showing the paradox between the inside and outside, lightness and darkness….was subtile.
