Clafoutis aux cerises

clafoutis-aux-cerisesI’ve become fou de clafoutis…last weekend I made a clafoutis aux cerises based on a recipe from the renowned pastry chef Christophe Michalak (currently working at Hotel Plaza-Athénée in Paris). The cherries I used were from France, sweet and juicy and I bought them at the opendoor market outside Torvehallerne here in Copenhagen. Even though it was difficult to keep my fingers from not eating them I managed to save a few for the clafoutis. The recipie is definately a keeper and I will update this post with it soon.cherriesclafoutis-aux-cerises-2
