Clafoutis aux abricots

clafoutis-aux-abricots-2 Last weekend when I was doing my regular grocery shopping at the outdoor market of Torvehallerne here in Copenhagen I bought lots of sweet apricots from France. Had “clafoutis” on my mind and since I’ve never made a clafoutis in my life I thought it was about time to give it a try. Very easy to make, a yummie sweet treat and something I will do more often :-)

    I love clafoutis aux abricots. I found a recipe where you add a branch of rosemary into the boiled milk to fragrance the dough. It’s delicious.
