I had the most delicious dessert at Miss Kō restaurant in Paris. Once again it was quite difficult choosing a dessert between all the mouthwatering choices in the menu, but when our waiter recommended us the Himalayan Emperors (fluffy meringue with light yuzu mousse and white chocolate) there were no questions about it, we ordered two of it.
Was served a plate with something with the look of a snowball and a small bowl with homemade chocolate sauce….looked very yummie yummie! The snowball creature consisted of crunchy and fluggy merengue with a light yuzu mousse mixed with chocolate and topped with grated white chocolate…a small bowl next to it was filled with utterly delicious homemade chocolate sauce. This dessert was definately a hit and I can’t wait to my next dinner at Miss Kō!
Yuzu is a Japanese fruit, a hybrid of sour mandarin and Ichang papeda
