Pan Fried Rosemary Potatoes

Rosemary potatoes

Boil a couple of potatoes for about 10-15 minutes, peel and slice them, put them in a frying pan with lots of butter…add seasalt and rosemary – let them make love under the very hot conditions of the frying pan…and voilà, tasty rosemary potatoes ready to be enjoyed, as they are or as a side dish since they go well with many things ;-)

So simple and fast to make – a favourite at my place when I don’t want to spend much time in the kitchen….
