A dinner at the Italian restaurant Oenosteria was obligatory during our visit to Paris last week. Finally I was able to enjoy their creamy and tasty burrata served with tender bresaola (air-dried salted beef) with asparagus, just like in the good old days when I was living in Paris. I sprinkled some pepper and added some olive oil and was immediately taken to heaven, God what I had longed for some delicious Italian charcuteries and cheese :-)
When I was living in Odéon in Paris I discovered Oenosteria when they just had opened and it was love at the first burrata-bite….
