Yesterdays sweet luxury……waffles with blackberry & blueberry jam, topped with whipped cream, strawberries and blueberries.

I love waffles and usually I make waffles 1-2 times/month…and always on a Sunday ;-) A tradition since I was a child…

This is the recipe I’ve used for years when making them (makes about 10 waffles), you need: 2 eggs, 5 dl flour, 6,5 dl milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 50 g butter (melted) .

1. Beat the 2 eggs in a bowl. 2. add half of the milk and beat them together. 3. add the flour and beat it until it get a smooth texture. 4. add the rest of the milk, the melted butter and the salt. 5.Ladle 1 dl of the mixture into a hot waffle iron and bake 6.Enjoy with jam and whipped cream :-)
