Best hairdresser in Paris…

perfect shade of blonde!

In November I made my biggest mistake in Paris, I went to a hairdresser to re-make my highlights and the result was a complete disaster!!! Finding a hairdresser that leaves your hair with a perfect result is hard to find. I had one favourite hairdresser in Stockholm that I went to for years but now she’s on maternity leave. Anyway, on a cold evening in December when I was looking for Redkens Platinum Conditioner I bumped into the hairdresser Christophe Monteiro at Coiff1rst. I showed him my hair that was a disaster and after a while of talking I realized that this guy knew excactly how to work with highlighting and he also told me he has a lot of Swedish people among his clients. I took his visitcard and today I went to his recently opened private saloon. He made new highlights in my hair and also managed to remove ALL the yellow and red parts from my latest hair-disaster. Look at the result on the photo above, I was completely amazed and extremely happy :-) I guess I’ve found myself the best hairdresser in Paris! It was a pleasure to be treated in his saloon, he’s only working with Redken’s professional products, the chair was giving me a massage while I was having a hair-treatment and I also increased my French vocabulary since he only spoke in French. If you’re looking for a hairdresser that is professional and especialy if you’re looking for someone that can handle highlighting with the PERFECT result, I truly recommend Christophe Monteiro ;-)

You’ll find him at:

Coiff1rst Salon Privé, 65, rue Charlot – call him first for a rendez-vous since it’s a private saloon at : 01 44 61 17 91

    Kram kram!

I want this hair colour! I have been living in paris for a while now and have only had hair disasters here. I have been back to london on 2 occasions just to have my hair fixed. How much are we talking for this beautiful colour?
